We are so pleased to see our scheme of 38 affordable flats for Havebury Housing Partnership finally nearing completion. Situated on a tight site with nearby neighbours, we worked closely with the planners to maximise the development, utilising external walkways with visual screening to arrive at the most economical layout possible. The walkways have been designed with help from a fire engineer to ensure potential smoke from flats does not impede escape.
