Housing Developments

Our core experience is in delivering housing developments for Housing Associations, Councils, Community Land Trusts and Developers.

Whether it be the regeneration of a disused garage site, a brownfield site within a town centre, or an exception sites on the edge of a village, we have the experience and knowledge to help our clients achieve their targets and create wonderful places to live.

We are often approached to resolve challenging sites, which may have problematic planning issues and/or expensive remediation requirements. Through the use of BIM (Building Information Modelling), we are able to quickly explore options and value engineering ideas to get the project back on track.

Genuine engagement with local communities at the early stages of a project is key to a successful outcome.

We utilise our BIM software (Building Information modelling) to generate visualisations and animations which we find greatly assist in communicating our proposals to neighbours and the wider community at public consultation events, Parish Council and Town Council meetings.

Where appropriate we also assist in engaging with local schools as both an educational opportunity, and to ensure site safety is fully understood by staff, pupils and families.
