We are looking for a talented and experienced architectural technologist to join our team to work on a variety of projects in the residential, commercial and hi-tech sectors, with projects of a construction value up to £10m.

✅ The Practice employs BIM (Building Information Modelling) on all projects. Being familiar with ArchiCAD is preferred but not essential. A willingness to learn and adopt BIM is essential. Training on ArchiCAD will be available.
✅ Candidates must have the ability to work across all RIBA work-stages and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of building construction and UK Building Regulations.
✅ You will be able to manage your own projects and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
✅ The candidate must have a “can do” attitude and a willingness to adopt the Gary Johns office culture and vision.
✅ The candidate should ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an architectural practice and have experience of overseeing other team members.
✅ A driving licence is required due to the requirement for site visits.
