We have just obtained planning permission for a replacement dwelling, designed for the long term needs of a child with a brain injury with life-long care needs. The design allows for our client to live with his family whilst young, gradually allowing him to become more independent. Accommodation includes for a therapy space, assisted bathroom and sleeping accommodation for a carer.
