We have recently received planning permission for this family home which we secured under the agricultural workers’ planning policy in the countryside, outside of the development framework.
We have enjoyed working with our client to deliver a design that meets their brief in terms of aesthetics and how the house functions.
We are particularly pleased with the orientation of the first-floor master suite that is orientated on distant views of Ely Cathedral. We have also integrated an array of solar panels within a “ha-ha” set within the landscape.
