We’re pleased to see planning permission obtained working alongside Cheffins for a site in Wicken where the client was looking to maximise the land value through the use of purposeful design that responded to the site’s constraints and opportunities. Reflecting the historic building that once occupied the site, the final form and appearance takes design cues from the past with a contemporary twist, creating two truly bespoke dwellings which the conservation officer was in full support of.
