This new facility for Deanta Doors sits alongside their existing UK headquarters building within the Lancaster Way Business Park.
Consisting of 3 stories of office space to the front, and an extensive warehouse and production space to the rear, the building will support Deanta’s rapid expansion planned over the next 5 years.
The cladding and window patterns have been developed to provide an interesting design twist on their existing facility. A specimen tree within the two-storey atrium reception represents the high quality timber used by Deanta in the production of their doors.
The scheme includes the creation of an external recreational space located between the existing and new buildings that will enhance the ecological value of the site and improve the working environment.
Works commenced on site early 2024, and the building will meet the criteria set out under BREEAM very good.
