Linking a new spa and gym to a Grade II listed hotel.

We were tasked with finding a way to link a new spa and gym to a Grade II* listed hotel with links to Faringdon Folly Tower, all set within a steeply sloping site.

The new accommodation was to be linked to the existing hotel, and to include a spa with changing rooms, infinity pool, plunge pool, treatment rooms, lounge and a gym to increase the hotel’s appeal for not only hotel guests but also the wider local population. In addition, 30 car parking spaces and cycle provision were also required.
