Last Sunday we had the privilege of presenting our proposed extension to Little Thetford Village Hall at a public consultation event, held in the hall itself.
Local residents joined us to hear about the vision for a new café, shop, and community spaces — all brought together with a new central entrance to create a more connected, welcoming building.
The proposals aim to reflect the needs of the village today and into the future, while respecting the character of the existing building and enhancing its role as a focal point for community life.
Our design strives to make the building more open, inclusive, and environmentally responsible.
As ever, the most valuable part of the day was hearing from those who use the building — their questions, insights and suggestions will continue to shape the direction of the scheme as it develops.
